It’s spring in Southern California, and that means it is the most delicious time of the year at Knott’s Berry Farm.  The annual Boysenberry Festival is in full swing at the Farm, and it is more  awesome than ever!  As always, the hospitality at the Farm is phenomenal, starting before you even enter the gates, with friendly greetings by the Knott’s Team.

As we all know, the Boysenberry Festival is about fun in the spring time sun, with great food, entertainment, and friends.  It is so fun to get to indulge in old favorites, and try new dishes every year.  This year’s new offerings include Boysenberry Hummus with Grilled Pita Bread, and Boysenberry Quesadillas.   My friends and I had mixed reviews on these dishes, but I personally thought they were great.   Both items are included on the tasting card, which at only $30.00 is an great way to indulge in a variety of Boysenberry Delights!  Returning favorites on the card include the amazing Boysenberry Short Ribs and Chicken Wings.

The Boysenberry Festival is the epitome of what Knott’s Berry Farm means to me.  World class coasters, world class food, an amazing variety of truly gifted and talented entertainers putting on all sorts of family entertainment for starters.  Then, of course, there is my favorite part…………the beautiful facility Knott’s provides for friends to gather and enjoy the day.

On Sunday, March 18 the annual “March Madness” event took place. This gathering is for all Haunt talent, friends, and fans to gather and enjoy the spring day. This group photo is thanks to Tim Dennison, Knott’s Network.
